The dead body of mine worker named Naik Muhammad is recovered from coal mine after 140 days with help of Pakistan Mine Workers Federation.
Naik Muhammad, the mine worker was trapped in mine due to falling and carbon monoxide (CO) gas on 10th November 2019 when he was working in mine with his co-workers in kalakhel coal mine field, Khyber Pukhtunkwa, Pakistan.
PMWF was demand to the government of Khyber Pukhtunkwa to recover the dead body of mine worker but government didn’t respond positively to our demand. Then Pakistan Mine Workers Federation along with it’s affiliated local unions started rescue operation volunteerily without any assistance of government until the recovery of dead body.
On March, 28, 2020 the rescue operation is complete successfully, and dead body of mine worker is recovered.
